Located within the Lianhua Mountain Ecological Tourism Resort, this commercial development complements the Guifangdong residential area, separated by the Zhaojiagangzi River and connected via a scenic waterfront promenade. Comprising six buildings, it offers dining, shopping, fitness facilities, green pedestrian streets, and pocket parks for parking. The design incorporates a curved corner commercial space facing Wukaihe Avenue to the east and a kindergarten with sunlit outdoor play areas to the west. Embracing the gently sloping terrain, the layout integrates elevated platforms and open spaces that harmonize with the natural surroundings. Materials like wood-tone aluminum panels, warm stone, and glass curtain walls blur indoor and outdoor boundaries, blending into the riverside park and softly illuminating the environment at night. Ground-level glass facades enhance accessibility, while vertical stone cladding, aluminum panels, and wooden grilles on upper levels reflect the suburban skyline. The kindergarten’s treehouse-inspired design within lush greenery underscores the ecological theme, creating a vibrant hub that balances functionality with aesthetic warmth.
