Located in the heart of Shenzhen’s Super Headquarters Base, the project integrates global corporate clustering, urban cultural landmarks, international exchange hubs, and a world-class coastal public realm — setting a benchmark for the city of the future. The SIC Shenzhen Bay Ruiyun Center Exhibition Hall & Lounge spans an interior area of 1,850 sqm. The design is rooted in a deep understanding of the clubhouse typology, blending art, culture, and contemporary lifestyle to foster diverse social interactions. Drawing inspiration from Shenzhen’s local “marine culture,” the design abstracts this regional essence into a symbolic expression of the new era. The space aspires to create a dynamic and inclusive showroom ecosystem, offering a model for Bay Area living.
