The project deeply integrates local narratives with the concept of future communities, taking tea culture as its core theme to carefully orchestrate the spatial rhythm.
In terms of design, traditional color palettes—including dark indigo, ink green, and ochre brown—are adopted. Combined with golden leaf installations, fragmented tea flower sculptures, and flowing water-patterned carpets, it reconstructs a contemporary Oriental aesthetic context.
The space subtly blurs the boundary between interior and exterior: through the frame-viewing technique, garden landscapes are brought indoors. Delicate metal structures, verdant marble, and the rhythm of light and shadow intertwine to create a poetic scene—not only realizing the translation from cultural memories to future lifestyles, but also shaping a benchmark space that embodies both humanistic depth and commercial value.
Furthermore, the project meets the display and experience needs of the sales office through diverse functions. While balancing functional practicality with spatial aesthetics, it helps customers gain a profound understanding of the project’s value and life philosophy.
