This project is located in the core area of the Intelligent Manufacturing Supply Town in Hangzhou. It is designed as a "Future Industry Community" integrating production, research, commerce, and residence, with five major functions: industrializing scientific achievements, demonstrating technological innovation, training innovative talents, exporting high-tech products, and supporting overseas talents' entrepreneurship.
Inspired by Hangzhou's natural landscape, the design uses the sailboat as a metaphor, creating a picturesque scene of clouds around mountains and sails by the river. The park's layout, lower in the south and higher in the north, follows traditional Chinese environmental concepts. It not only creates a rich urban skyline but also symbolizes the vigorous development of enterprises through its staggered buildings. The twin towers on the north side form a landmark gateway for the city.
The park's closed-loop functionality aims to create a 24/7 vibrant city in Binjiang, integrating ten future-oriented scenarios such as neighborhoods, health, architecture, low-carbon practices, governance, education, entrepreneurship, transportation, services, and more.
