Japanese-Style Garden: Features an overflowing bowl, gravel, and stone compositions emphasizing minimalism.
Courtyard with a Playground: An elegant, architecturally blended area with relaxation zones for parents.
Courtyard with Driveway: A functional space with a central wooden podium and large trees.
Three courtyards face the calmer Petrovsky Pond. These are designed for measured relaxation, featuring weather-protected pergolas, stylish swings, and direct access to the pond embankment with piers.
