CLUB ON THE ROCK is a resident-dedicated clubhouse, located in KENNEDY 38 which is a brand-new residential project in Kennedy Town on Hong Kong Island. The starting point of this project is to create a meaningful space that fulfills the needs of the residents and optimizes their space, enhance a co-living space for family and friends that inspires and encourage quality time and relaxation. The clubhouse is split into different zones with diverse facilities integrating work, life and leisure facilities, which is the simple principle of inclusive design.
The project is that the entire space is divided into 2 floor level zone. The double height interior, a village of spaces has been created, each with a familiar human sale – indoor co-shared area, workspaces, banquet room, gym and outdoor lounge that all seamlessly fit together and connected by the stone stepped seatings. Illuminated display shelves with integrated seating are scattered throughout, blending into the co-shared spaces, high ceiling, greenery and views through the tall windows to leisure outdoor space provide an extra spatial dimension, create a feeling of openness and ease to appeal more user.
