DAWN to DUSK is crafted to provide customers from morning until night, comprises of restaurant, cafe, and events.
It can be portrayed through the image of the Sun when it appears and disappears. On the exterior, part of circle, representing the sun, is carved out of brick wall, symbolizing sunrise, sunset and hued-sky.
Each zone has a name in correlation to ‘Dawn’ and ‘Dusk’ including Solar bar, Lunar space, and Varda room. The cafe or Solar bar represents ‘Dawn’ where it is the first opening zone of the day. It is located at the front for customers to easily grab and go. Arch and curved lamps are used to represent the Sunrays. They are embedded in the ceiling rhythmically portraying the moment when the sun is rising. As for Lunar space, restaurant area, represents ‘Dusk’, the time when the sun starts to disappear, which open at later hours, dim and recessed light are used to create romantic atmosphere. The concept of star is applied to Varda room which is a private room where private events can be held.
An outdoor area, 'New Moon', features a circular pathway portraying a full moon on the ground, which perfect for sitting or strolling during evenings and nights.
Bio "TOUCH Architect, founded in 2014 by the architects, Setthakarn Yangderm and Parpis Leelaniramol, which is a design studio based in Bangkok. It was changed from mini studio into a company with a great chance of an improvement. Founders are collaborating together with the team in design, construction, and management.
“TOUCH” comes from our expertise and services which cover all project stages. It focuses on basic human needs together with cultural, environmental concern and context experiment, with an aesthetic of sustainability architecture. An ordinary structure and simple material are used
