This 100-sqm office uses recycled scrap metal sheets from the owner’s factory to showcase sustainable design. Up to 15% scrap is generated from punching and laser-cutting processes. These discarded sheets are transformed into sunshade fins that support climbing plants, offering three visual stages: bare with shadows, green-covered, and flowering. The interior features custom-made furniture crafted from scrap metal —cabinets, floor lamps, tables, and stools—highlighting how industrial waste can be repurposed into functional, eco-conscious architecture.
