This project emerged from a demanding five-month deadline to find a new office location, complete the design, and carry out the renovation. The objective was to create a high-quality and inviting environment within the constraints of time and budget.
The new office maintains a contemporary and minimalist style, similar to its predecessor. This allows us to repurpose materials, cabinets, lighting fixtures, and furnishings, giving a fresh lease of life to these objects that hold cherished memories. It preserves the essence of the eight years spent in the previous office, even as we transition to a new location.
Furthermore, the terrace design incorporates elements such as plants, sand, and gravel that were recycled from the previous construction site, minimizing construction material waste as much as possible.
We prioritize functional and space-efficient interior design, dividing the area into lower and upper zones. The lower zone is designated for activities like fitness, entertainment, reception, and communication, while the upper zone is dedicated to efficient office work and meetings. This arrangement creates a harmonious environment that balances productivity and relaxation.
Bio BA was founded in 2014 and has always upheld the value proposition of "originating from architecture, extending beyond architecture." BA is a comprehensive design studio that integrates planning, architectural design and consulting services. Their projects encompass residential, hotel, education, office, and other sectors.
