Located in the heart of New York City the hotel is a neighborhood spot for out-of-towners and locals. As the brand’s first ground up property, it has set the standards for those to come.

The hotel stands out with its dramatic entrance and enhanced arrival experience. As visitors approach the property, theatrical flourishes and the day/night, yin/yang essence begins with soaring white beams. Connecting to the interiors and showcasing a contemporary aesthetic with a slight nod to Art Deco – the luxurious materials (i.e.: mohair, velvets, and leathers) and beams that seamlessly continue into the ceiling of the second-floor create a sophisticated atmosphere.

A plaza was created in front of the building covered by an arcade with a glass roof. This eye-catching arcade also contrasts with the simple glass rectangular shape of the building. The forecourt is equipped with a relaxing food and drink experience for visitors to enjoy in the warm weather. Connecting the interiors with the exterior, the white beams seamlessly continue into the ceiling of the second-floor lounge.
