It is an ideal home: spacious, bright, comfortable and, above all, practical. Suitable both for receiving friends and for enjoying the intimacy of family life. This would be a summary of the essence of this project made up of contemporary lines, with about 750m2, tailored to meet the daily lives of a couple of entrepreneurs and their two children. There are practically no partitions, all thanks to a glass panel seated on a very thin frame, which covers almost all the facades and is independent of the structure. When necessary in the inside, hinged doors ensure fluidity between environments. A careful choice was also observed in relation to the furniture that make up the decor: mostly pieces of contemporary Italian design, such as the Minotti and Vladimir Kagan sofas, with straight lines and formats that move between the laminate and the organic. Finally, the distribution on two floors allowed the sector to fully operate the house, expanding its practicality, with the upper floor reserved for private areas (suites) and the ground floor for social activities and service and leisure spaces, with emphasis the single one lane pool.
